What are your shipping terms and conditions?
All shipping is "FOB Origin" (Shipping Point). Drop-shipment delivery charges are based from the manufacturer’s location to the customer specific destination(s). Orders are shipped at our discretion unless otherwise agreed to by GlovesByWeb.
We prepay and add all shipping charges.
Please note that we provide free shipping on domestic glove purchase orders of 50 cases or more (except Alaska and Hawaii). Please call us for shipping information on large orders for all accessory items.
What is your return policy?
Gloves By Web offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may request a refund or substitute product within 30 days of receipt. You must receive an RGA (Return of Goods Authorization Number) prior to shipping back product by calling 231-882-9552.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the packaging or merchandise is damaged/incomplete or past the 30 days, a 25% restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee will be waived, however, due to shipping error or defective merchandise.
What happens if purchase items are lost or missing?
Please check the packing list that comes with your shipment for possible backorders or drop-shipped items. If there are lost or missing items, please call customer service at 231-882-9552 or e-mail us at email@example.com.
